Your order lets our team know exactly which design you are interested in. After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the details before moving forward.

Some pieces may be available immediately in one of our showrooms. Others may need to be made to order.
Once we receive your order, our team will check the availability of your selected piece. If it is available, we will confirm the next available delivery or showroom pickup time.
If the piece is not currently available, we will let you know the estimated production timeline before the order is confirmed.

Made-to-order pieces usually take 2–3 weeks. This timeline may vary depending on the design, diamond size, gold colour, and any special requests. Our team will always confirm the expected timeline with you before production begins.

For made-to-order pieces, a deposit may be required before production begins. If a deposit is needed, our team will contact you first with the final details, timeline, and confirmation process. Production will only begin after you approve the details.

After your order is reviewed, our team will contact you to arrange delivery or showroom pickup. For showroom pickup, please bring a valid QID or passport for order verification.
