When you reserve or order a piece through our website, our jewellery team will review your selected design, diamond size, ring size, gold colour, and any other details before confirming availability, delivery, showroom pickup, or production.

A reservation does not always mean that the selected piece is immediately available. Some pieces may be available in one of our showrooms, while others may need to be made to order.

If your selected piece is available, our team will contact you to confirm delivery or showroom pickup.

If your selected piece is not currently available, our team will contact you with the estimated production timeline before proceeding.

Made-to-order pieces usually take 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise confirmed by our team. Timelines may vary depending on the design, diamond size, gold colour, material availability, production schedule, and any special requests.

For made-to-order pieces, a deposit or payment may be required before production begins. Production will only begin after the final details are confirmed and any required payment has been received.

Section 7 - Custom Orders

Custom jewellery orders are made specifically for the customer and may include special designs, ring sizes, diamond sizes, gold colours, stones, settings, or other requested details.

Custom orders are final once approved and confirmed. They cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after production has started, except where required by applicable law or where there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Our team may provide sketches, CAD designs, 3D models, videos, or other previews during the custom order process. Customer approval may be required before production begins.

Section 8 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
