At Chalyano, every order is carefully prepared and reviewed before it is delivered or collected. If there is an issue with your purchase, our team will be happy to assist you.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window for purchases made through our website. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during delivery, or if the wrong item was received.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received. It must be unworn, unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, our team will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so our team can review the issue and assist you.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom orders and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes pieces made in a selected ring size, diamond size, gold colour, or any special design requested by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, discounted items, gift cards, custom orders, or made-to-order pieces.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the original item must first be reviewed and accepted for return. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Exchanges are not available for custom or made-to-order pieces.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
